Forcing those jobs into a checklist goes wrong in one of two ways. You under-describe it, the provider arrives to twice the work, and the day starts with an extra payment request. Or you over-describe it and pay for scrubbing a wipe would have done.

Between 2 weeks and 2 days before: a payment processing fee of 1.69%–5% (depending on payment method) is retained and the rest is refunded. Less than 2 days before (or failing to pay by 7:30 AM on cleaning day): your deposit is retained as a slot reservation fee. After the provider starts: you owe the minimum callout fee or work completed, whichever is greater.
