Plenty of companies sell a “deep clean” that turns out to be a regular clean done a bit slower. On Cleanifiq the difference is built into the price, and you can see it.

And if something’s missed, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Your provider has 48 working hours to come back and fix it, free, and we hold their payment until it’s settled.
Honest limit: older surfaces can keep some staining even after a thorough deep clean (worn enamel, etched glass, discoloured grout). Your provider will tell you on the day if something won’t come out.

Book the rooms that took the hit at Scrubbing required and the rest at Thorough wipe. Choose Extremely dirty for anything that needs heavy work. Sticky floors, spills on sofas or carpets? Add carpet and upholstery cleaning to the same visit. Bagging more than three bags of rubbish and washing a lot of glasses are extras your provider prices on the day, and only with your OK. A deep clean covers a lot, but not everything a home can throw at it. Anything beyond what you booked is explained and priced by your provider on the day.
If your provider finds more than you described, they send an additional payment request through the app with a description and a price. You accept or decline it, and it expires after an hour. Decline it and they clean what you booked, to the level you booked.
Always pay through Cleanifiq, including for anything added on the day: work paid for privately falls outside our guarantee and our dispute resolution.

- The work is very similar; the difference is the promise. An end of tenancy clean has to pass your landlord's, agent's or inventory clerk's inspection: if the inspection flags something within 7 working days of the clean, your provider goes back to fix it at no cost.
