For the rest, we would rather show no number than a misleading one: either there are fewer than 10 jobs, or the jobs came from a single provider. Your request shows you real prices for your property.
You choose at checkout: pay a deposit (20% of the job, or the provider's minimum call-out fee if that's higher) or pay in full. If you pay a deposit, the balance is due by 7:30am on the day of the job; unpaid by then, the booking counts as cancelled. Your money goes to Cleanifiq, not the provider. Release to the provider starts the day after the job, once they've completed it on the platform.
Tell us within 48 hours, with photos or a short video of what isn't right (the terms' outer limit is 7 working days, after which the job counts as accepted). Your provider has 48 working hours to come back and put it right, at no cost to you, and we hold their payment until it's settled. If they can't or won't, you choose: we return the value of the unfinished items (worked out from your original quote) as a refund or Cleanifiq credit, we set up a new, smaller job for just those items with another provider (you see the price before confirming anything), or both.
If your provider cancels, you never pay a cancellation fee. You choose a replacement provider (you see their price first) or a full refund. If you rebook the same service for the same date, any same-day or next-day surcharge on the replacement is covered.

England’s rules differ from Scotland’s, and two of them matter when you move out.
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, a landlord or letting agent in England can’t require you to pay for a professional clean. You do have to hand the property back as clean as it was when you moved in, allowing for fair wear and tear, and if you don’t, cleaning costs can come out of your deposit. A professional clean with a receipt is simply the easiest way to show you did.
Your landlord has to protect your deposit in a government-approved scheme (Deposit Protection Service, mydeposits or the Tenancy Deposit Scheme) within 30 days of receiving it. If you disagree with a deduction, the scheme’s free dispute service decides, based on the check-in inventory and the evidence. Tenancy law in England is also changing under the Renters’ Rights Act, so check gov.uk for how it applies to your tenancy.
